The ownership and employees of American Plume want to make a formal
commitment to our current customers, and to all those new accounts we seek
to service in the future. We believe that our line of feather products
offers the best combination of quality and price in the industry.
However, the most important reason to work with our company is our commitment
to customer satisfaction. We want to provide the same degree of excellence
and customer service to a clothing manufacturer that orders one hundred
thousand yards of boas at one time as we do for an individual costume shop
that needs only a single mask. American Plume has a seventy-five
year tradition of providing dedicated service to its family of customers.
As we expand our product line, American Plume wants future customers to
know that we are not like other feather companies. We want your orders,
big or small. We won't force you to make minimum orders, charge for
rush deliveries, or make you feel unimportant because you don't order thousands
